{"id":399,"date":"2026-05-11T00:02:55","date_gmt":"2026-05-10T23:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitedogbatteries.com\/wdblg\/?p=399"},"modified":"2026-05-11T00:15:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-10T23:15:41","slug":"honda-nt650v-deauville-wiring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitedogbatteries.com\/wdblg\/honda-nt650v-deauville-wiring\/","title":{"rendered":"Honda NT650V Deauville CDI Wiring&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This info might be useful to some owners who have no CDI connector block on their wire harness&#8230;..<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Note: <\/strong>The letters CDI stand for <strong>capacity discharge ignitor<\/strong>, the CDI is also known as an <strong>ICM (ignition control module)<\/strong> or an <strong>Ignitor<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The pictures and info in below should show where the different coloured wires connect to the CDI unit on a Honda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitedogbikes.com\/shop\/cat\/443-honda-deauville\/\">650 Deauville<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The info and pictures are from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitedogbikes.com\/shop\/cat\/446-honda-nt650v2-deauville\/\">2002 NT650V Deauville<\/a> (V2 model) and are the same on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitedogbikes.com\/shop\/cat\/445-honda-nt650v-deauville-00-w-reg\/\">2000 (VX model) Deauville<\/a>.<br \/>\nOther years may be different!<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whitedogbatteries.com\/images-wdbatt\/deauville-cdi\/deauville-cdi-wire-main.jpg\" alt=\"NT650V Deauville\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whitedogbatteries.com\/images-wdbatt\/deauville-cdi\/deauville-cdi.jpg\" alt=\"NT650V Deauville CDI\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><strong style=\"background-color: #cccccc;\">2002 Honda NT650V Deauville (V2) and the CDI (part no: 30410-MBL-D01)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s 1 connector block that attaches to the CDI, the bloc is 11 pins wide and 2 rows deep.
